Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, record artist, and entrepreneur. The award-winning actress has received numerous accolades over the course of her career. Her film career has had her nominated for a total of 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Movies category and two Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis played the role of Hiram Kampanerang Kuba (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2007) Green Rose (2011) as well as Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). In Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she played the Komiks famous character Dyesebel. She hosted It's Showtime at noontime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis was born a Filipina in Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father is an Australian lawyer, James Ernest Curtis Smith. Her father James Ernest Curtis-Smith was married to Ojales in 1982. Her younger sister, who is also an actor and her father is also an actor. Clare is one of their cousins at the death of their father. Clare passed away at 4 months of age in 2007 after suffering from an illness of the heart.
